At your initial meeting the aim is to assess your needs and explore whether therapy might be helpful to you. After this, you and your therapist would then both think about your options. This might involve offering you a regular appointment, or referring you to a more appropriate service.

If we decide to work together, we would then agree a time to meet for ongoing weekly 50-minute sessions, to be scheduled at the same time every week.

The fee for an initial consultation is £90. Fees for ongoing 50 minute sessions will be discussed and agreed when we meet. Concessionary fees may be available for students, trainees and persons on low incomes.
